LEGAL
Terms and conditions.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms govern any project booked with claymore / Raffaele S.
1. Who this agreement is with
These terms are between you (the "Client") and Raffaele S., trading as claymore / neuroad ("I", "me"), an independent freelance software engineer based in Phuket, Thailand. Placing an order, replying to a quote to confirm scope, or making a payment means you accept these terms.
2. Scope of work
Every project starts from a written scope — the tier description on the site, or a custom scope agreed by email/Telegram. Work outside that scope (new features, extra revisions beyond what's included, integrations not listed) is quoted and billed separately before I start on it.
3. Fees and payment
Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points; the final price is confirmed in writing before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise: 50% upfront to reserve the slot and start work, 50% on delivery before final handover of source code and credentials. Payment is via Stripe or bank transfer . Late payment may pause work on the project.
4. Delivery and revisions
Delivery windows quoted per tier (e.g. "7-day delivery") start once scope and payment are confirmed, and assume timely feedback from you. Each tier includes a fixed number of revision rounds; additional rounds are billed at an hourly rate .
5. Source code and intellectual property
On final payment, you own the source code written specifically for your project and may use, modify and deploy it freely. Reusable internal tooling, libraries and any open-source components (like sol-rpc-pool) remain under their own licenses and are not exclusive to any one client.
6. Bug-fix warranty
Bugs in delivered functionality — not new feature requests, and not issues caused by changes you or a third party make to the code after delivery — are fixed free of charge for 30 days after final delivery, as stated on the site.
7. Confidentiality
Project details, credentials and non-public business information you share with me are kept confidential and are not disclosed to third parties, except as needed to deliver the project (e.g. a payment processor's support team) or as required by law.
8. Custody, keys and funds
For projects involving custodial wallets, private keys or on-chain funds: you are responsible for backing up any credentials, seed phrases or recovery codes handed over at project completion. I am not responsible for losses caused by mismanagement of keys, credentials or funds after handover.
9. Limitation of liability
Software is delivered "as is" beyond the bug-fix warranty above. To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost funds from trading activity) arising from use of the delivered software.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel before work starts for a full refund of any upfront payment. Once work has started, the upfront payment covers work already in progress and is non-refundable; any work completed beyond that is billed proportionally.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in the Client's own country.
